NEVER SHARE PRIVATE DETAILS
Do not post phone numbers, home addresses, school details, live locations, email addresses, passwords or social-media usernames. Never ask a child to move a conversation to private messages or another platform.
NOT ALLOWED
- Bullying, threats, intimidation, hate speech or discrimination.
- Sexual, violent, exploitative or otherwise age-inappropriate content.
- Mocking disability, autism, ADHD, epilepsy, SEN needs or communication differences.
- Spam, scams, impersonation, advertising or attempts to manipulate gifts and coins.
- Sharing copyrighted content without permission or encouraging illegal activity.
- Trying to contact, locate, groom or exploit a child or vulnerable person.
MODERATION
Comments and accounts may be hidden, removed, muted, suspended or reported where reasonably necessary. Serious safety concerns may be preserved and shared with the police, social care or other appropriate authorities. Moderation decisions prioritise child safety.
