Cookster membership is free and does not renew monthly. Paid items are one-off digital purchases such as comics, the Arcade Pass and coin packs.
DIGITAL COMICS AND CONTENT
Before immediate access to paid digital content begins, checkout may ask you to expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge how this affects the 14-day cancellation right. This does not remove rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care.
FREE LIVE VIEWING
Watching live broadcasts is free. Coins and gifts sent during a live are optional digital purchases and do not guarantee attention, replies or any particular broadcast outcome.
COOKSTER COINS AND GIFTS
Unused coin purchases may be eligible for cancellation where required by law and before digital supply or use begins. Coins already spent on gifts or in-game items cannot normally be reversed unless required by law or the transaction was unauthorised. Coins are not redeemable for cash.
HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID
Approved refunds will normally return to the original payment method. Processing time can depend on Stripe and the customer’s bank. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.
