By using The Awesome Cooksters you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must manage any account and approve all purchases. Do not use paid or interactive features if you do not agree.
ACCOUNTS
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your sign-in account and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. One person must not impersonate another, evade a suspension or interfere with another member’s account.
FREE MEMBERSHIP AND CREATOR ACCOUNTS
There are no paid monthly membership tiers. One free Cookster account provides member and creator tools. Every new member automatically follows the verified @theawesomecooksters account; this required safety and community connection cannot be removed or blocked. Members need at least 50 followers before live broadcasting unlocks.
COMICS, ARCADE AND COINS
Individual comics are £1.99 and a completed 13-comic series may be offered for £13. The complete Cookster Arcade is a one-off £1.99 account unlock. Live viewing is free. Cookster Coins are a closed digital item for eligible website games and gifts. Coins must not be used for gambling.
CREATOR GIFTS AND PAYOUTS
Eligible monetised creators receive 25% of qualifying gift revenue. Payment fees, refunds, chargebacks and taxes may affect final payable earnings where clearly disclosed. Identity, age and payout verification may be required before earnings can be withdrawn.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must follow the Community Rules. You may not hack, scrape, overload, copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the website; upload unlawful or harmful material; harass others; expose private information; or attempt to manipulate coins, gifts, games or access controls.
OUR CONTENT
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s branding, comics, videos, games, writing, designs and recordings belong to The Awesome Cooksters or are used with permission. Membership or purchase gives personal viewing access, not ownership or permission to copy, redistribute or sell the material.
AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, internet faults, safety action or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights.
ENDING ACCESS
We may restrict uploads, live broadcasting, payouts or account access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud, serious rule breaches or legal compliance.
LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights that apply where they live.
