OUR APPROACH
The Awesome Cooksters features real family life involving children with SEN. Their dignity, privacy and welfare come before views, engagement, gifts or revenue. We use age-appropriate, family-friendly presentation and do not permit sexualised, exploitative or humiliating treatment.
BOUNDARIES
- No private contact between viewers and children featured on the website.
- No requests for children’s contact details, school, address, routine or live location.
- No arranging meetings, sending private gifts or moving children to another platform.
- No downloading, editing or redistributing images or videos of children without permission.
- Adults are responsible for supervising children using member, live, comment, game and purchase features.
REPORTING A CONCERN
Use the Contact and Complaints page for non-emergency website safety reports. Include the page, approximate time, username and what happened, but do not download or forward suspected illegal images.
OTHER HELP
- Call the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000.
- Report concerns to the relevant local council children’s social care team.
- Use CEOP’s Safety Centre for online sexual abuse or grooming concerns.
- Call Police on 101 for a non-emergency crime, or 999 for immediate danger.
